Mindshift Psychiatry is a psychiatric practice located and licensed in Nevada, catering to both insured and private-pay adults, ages 18 and above. We offer both In-Person and Virtual Appointments. Mindshift Psychiatry is committed to providing high quality care while actively involved in collaborative efforts to promote mental health stabilization and safety.
The practice is founded by a patient-focused and dedicated Board Certified-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner: Roscelle Minoza, APRN, PMHNP-BC.

Say goodbye to being on hold on the phone for hours on end just to book appointments or make payments. Unlike most traditional clinics, bookings and payments at Mindshift can both be done online. Patient forms are also made accessible both online and offline and can be completed ahead of appointment time. As a result, appointment wait times are a lot shorter and more time is spent on patient care.
Our goal is to get you better, and that requires a level of commitment that doesn't end right when you walk out the door after each appointment. Established patients are given access to a secure Messaging Portal where you can communicate with both staff and provider for non-emergent questions or concerns. Should there be any urgent but non-emergent, non-life threatening concerns, we try our best to get you in on the soonest available appointment.
